We celebrated my birthday at The Melting Pot. The customer service for reservations was excellent and our server was great. We were able to get a deal for a four course dining experience. They have seasonal deals so check their website before you go soyou don’t miss out. I didn’t realize we were to cook our own food…. But that ended up being fun. I do not recommendtaking smaller children due to heat at center of table . The meat was wonderful but the vegetables fried in the grease was nottasty…. The dessert was divine! The bathroom and restaurant were well maintained.
The experience was great and the new renovations made it look much more modern compared to the last time I dined there. The service was top notch...much better than last time most likely due to the renovations allowing staff to maneuver through the dining area easier. The only negative is that the dining room is now a little more noisy than it was previously due to it being more open.
My partner and I came to this restaurant today for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. We had an incredible experience and our server, Tina, was fantastic! She was attentive and very knowledgeable, recommending excellent dishes. She even suggested a "mocktail" when she noticed I'm pregnant. We will definitely be returning and specifically asking for her!
It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking to celebrate a birthday or an anniversary. The staff explained to us everything we need to know, as we were first time diners. I add add a couple special treats from my wife for her birthday, and everything was set up exactly as they described to me they would.

Great quiet atmosphere. Dinner takes an hour and a half to two hours, which is great for date time. Excellent wait staff, and portion sizes are appropriate and not too much.

This was my second time going there and the meat was not very good this time. Will not go back.
Family dinner with son daughter in law and teenage grandsons. Our waiter was awesome!
