Fantastic experience at the Mexican Corner. We rented out the restaurant for a private event. They went above and beyond serving delicious canapes and margaritas as we arrived and made everyone feel welcome. The mood was joyful as we sat down for dinner. They explained the menu, made recommendations, and took our orders efficiently. They were attentive at topping up drink orders and water. They communicated when we approached the minimum spend.The food was absolutely delicious. Really authentic tasting and full of flavour. I had the tuna. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Budget-Friendly Mexican Restaurant in an Expensive AreaThe price is decent, and the 3-dishes combo for $28 only is quite a nice deal, with delicate plating. The restaurant also showcases rich Mexican culture and has a nice dinning atmosphere.However, keep in mind that the portion sizes are relatively small (fair for the price); you cannot walk out feeling full with just the combo. We usually love going to Mexican Corner in Whistler, but our recent experience was ruined by our server (a skinny, very tall, passive-aggressive girl). We only stayed for one drink and a quick meal because she was the rudest server we have encountered in Whistler. This was our 10th visit to Mexican Corner, as we love their Tuna Tostadas and Margaritas. The tacos are also delicious. However, this time the tuna was thinly sliced to the point where it was barely noticeable. It's disappointing that the portions of our favorite appetizer got smaller, but the main reason for this review is the poor customer service we received.

One of the best Mexican restaurant experiences i have had so far.The server was super friendly , the food the drinks the decor , everything was super amazing!!We got some crickets with fresh guac to go with the refreshing strawberry margarita followed by the mango margarita.They served chips and salsa which seemed warm and freshly prepared.For entrees we went with the ceviche , tuna and some enchiladas mole and tacos .All were delicious and we highly recommend this place if you are in whistler village Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I visited the restaurant in June and it was very crowded. The noise level was too high for my liking and the tables were too close together due to the small size of the place. However, I was really craving guacamole and chips, which did not disappoint. We even received extra chips from the waitress because our main course was delayed, which I appreciated. We both ordered tacos, but unfortunately they weren't the best. It could just be a matter of personal taste rather than them being bad.

This was our second time coming to Mexican Corner and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the drinks were just right! We had a wonderful server named Miguel and he was very attentive and professional! We will definitely come back next time we are in town :
