The Mint Room is a nice place. This was my fourth visit since I noticed it back in mid/late 2018. This review is my honest assessment of my March 16, 2019 visit. My wife and I arrived slightly before our 8:15 pm reservation. The restaurant was crowded and the bar area was empty. There was no one at the greeting station. I made eye contact with at least 3 staffers but neither of them seemed to take any action knowing that we were standing unattended. After awhile a hostess came from the back and greeted us politely. She ran back to check on where to seat us and then rejoined us and took us to our table. Karl, the manager, came by fairly soon after we were seated to greet us and take our order...
The restaurant is spacious, which I liked. It’s easier to have privacy when there is room to be spaced apart from other guest dining in. Staff was kind but our waiter forgot to bring us the extra naan we ordered. We sat there waiting and had to remind them but we ended up taking it to go. Other than that small hiccup I enjoyed the food which was flavorful and came out in a timely manner. Restaurant was tidy and had a somewhat sophisticated feel.

This is the jewel of Indian food in the Catonsville/Ellicott City area. The food is consistently excellent, the ambiance is outstanding and the servers warm and attentive. We continue to bring new friends who like Indian food to this restaurant and all agree that it is wonderful! They are responsive to preparing food to the degree of spiciness each diner desires. What a find!

Absolutely wonderful. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was spectacular. We tried the Chicken Vindaloo and Dal Maharani. Both were very tasty, but the Dal Maharani was one of the best meals I've ever had. Highly recommend.
Whenever I dine at this restaurant, it always serves some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted! The staff is warm, accommodating, and attentive, and the dishes are bursting with flavor that makes it difficult to go anywhere else for Indian cuisine.
Spacious interiors and a wonderful selection of Indian dishes that taste like home. I enjoyed the raj kachori, chicken 65000, Methi chicken and garlic naan. The servers were kind and attentive and I will come back for the weekend buffet.
Excellent weekend lunch buffet. Awesome interior decor and ambience. Love that the dessert changes every week at the buffet. Panipuri is excellent addition to the buffet but is not there always. Highly recommend this place.

Mint room was great but this open table service did not work at all. They had no idea we had a reservation. Not sure which end was the problem but open table did not work for me.
I am not sure which bar indicated the lowest noise level, but the noise inside the restaurant was not bad at all. I will definitely be returning as the food was excellent.
