I 've been looking forward to trying Monster Crab since they opened. The appeal of trying someplace new and closer than Popeis in Bethpage (always 5 stars) drew us in.Large, clean and attractive space. Serive was slow at first, but staff answered all of my tables questions and were quite pleasant. Unfortunately that didn 't make up for the poor quality of some of the food.The younger members of our party ordered fried chicken wings, French fries and fried shrimp which they were happy with.The adults started with salad which tasted like it hadn 't been thoroughly washed. Ordered from this place for the 1st time and eventhough i only live about 10 minutes away it took the uber driver 23 minutes to get the order to me..... even with that being said, the food came hot and it was delicious. The only thing i wish is that they would supply the utensils needed to crack open the crabs but if you have some industrial scissors and a good hammer and forks you can make it work. I would absolutely recommend this place even for ordering if you live near by it is worth it. next time i want a seafood boil i will go to this location in person to be able to experience the restaurant itself, the staff, and the service.
Upon arrival, there was some confusion regarding the buffet sheets, resulting in incorrect orders and missing items on our plates. The peeled shrimp was inedible for everyone who ordered it, and despite sharing our feedback, the staff did not make any adjustments to our orders. Additionally, it took a long time for our orders to be replenished. The heavy use of garlic left an aftertaste that lingered throughout the day.
I was so disappointed with my food, but I had to fake my smile for my mom because she wanted to come here so bad because of the all you can eat option. The seafood is loaded with garlic. It’s not enjoyable and it lax flavor voodoo crab Cajun bucket are better options for me.

I absolutely love seafood, and this restaurant is just what our area needed! I enjoyed a delicious bag of scallops and shrimp generously covered in garlic butter. I also tried the flounder po' boy, which was fantastic. The staff here are really friendly as well.
Delicious food, perfectly prepared! The catfish po-boy was outstanding, and the scallops in the broth bag were lovely. The waitress was very attentive. I've visited a few times and plan to come back again.
Excellent staff great food , I was very pleased with this restaurant I will be back with more friends.
