My brother and I came to the New Inn for a dinner. We were greeted by a very friendly service manager, and that basically set the theme for that evening with the service manager, bar attendant and food server all being very friendly and polite. The food servings were very well priced and had large portions. I was very impressed and while I have only a short time left in the UK I will certainly be returning and would recommend them to friends and travelers alike. The business has a lot of share platters so if you are the romantic type and like to share a large platter for dinner and even desert then you wont be disappointed.
We were fortunate to visit on Steak Night, which happens to be on Tuesdays. The food was amazing! The steak was the best I've had in a long time - so tender and cooked perfectly. And all for only £10! We will definitely be returning soon. Excellent. Thank you.
This restaurant offers the best steak at a more affordable price compared to other local restaurants. The service is excellent and Chef Mat really knows his stuff. I highly recommend this place. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
took my colleagues here for an evening meal and it was really nice. there was a great pint of ale available which is always a bonus and some superb home cooked food. i definitely recommend. come lovely hospitality too

This restaurant in Newport is definitely the top spot for delicious food at a fantastic price. I can't find a single fault with it, and the staff are all wonderful.
We came with the family for an early dinner. Service was great, staff are really friendly. Food was lovely, really yummy fish and chips. Will definitely be back x

Joule's owned establishment in the heart of an old fishing town. A short walk from the Newport canal and lovely range of ales.
