I celebrated my 50th birthday in style at the new La Neve's banquet hall. The Rosetta room had a fantastic buffet and the chef did an excellent job. The waiting staff was friendly and there was great music and entertainment. When I contacted Yolanda, she quickly created a custom party package and gave me a fair price. Throughout the planning process, she was attentive, patient, and friendly. Her experience and advice were very helpful in our planning. I've been blown away. yolanda is a nice and happy person. I have never experienced living in my life to give a call to a business, not to pick up the business, but to call me back when I call my missed call briefly. I was speechless! To reach this level of customer service, is not to be found in these days? As my first time hosting my first event in the party planning business Yolanda made it such a smooth transition for me. From constantly checking up on me weeks prior to the event, to the very last minute of the party, Yolanda kept in communication with me every step of the way. Great customer service experience from her and her staff, they were all hands on deck. Food was very tasty and their sangria is to die for! Also, special thank you to Joanne, one of the staff that works there that went above and beyond for me and my guests. My clients and I were very satisfied and we highly recommend this banquet for all future events!!

We just held our daughter's Sweet 16 here.Yolanda was a life saver from advising us on the menu finding me a throne chair last minute. She even helped us decorate when we were running late and made sure I didn't loose my head. We already booked our youngest daughters Quinceanera for December!
We celebrated my husband's 50th surprise birthday party at this restaurant and it was fantastic! Yolanda made the entire process easy and stress-free. She paid attention to every detail from the planning stages leading up to the day of the event. I would definitely plan my next event there!
