Just attended a wood fired oven pizza class! It all exceeded my expectations and I had so much fun!! Danny was our instructor and did a great job giving us instruction! He went into detail about the ingredients…..loved that! He’s got a great sense of humor and everyone working there was so friendly and happy to assist us. I will definitely be back! I traveled 6 hours to attend this class and it was well worth it!
Incredible pizza! I absolutely loved graduation day at the North American Pizza Culinary Academy! These talented chefs dedicated the past five days to learning and crafting various types of dough. They create the most delicious crusts paired with fantastic vegetable combinations! (The sausage and pepperoni are great too). Thank you for offering free pizza lunches to showcase all the hard work the chefs put in!
What an amazing experience ! We took the pizza making class and we learned so much. We learned how to make dough, how to make the sauce and all the tips and tricks to make an amazing pizza. At the end, we enjoyed an amazing pizza dinner with a delicious pizza dessert. Everyone was so professional, knowledge and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this class to anyone who loves cooking and PIZZA! Bon Appetit!
