Unexpectedly our family member was able to call to see his Mam and Aunty. We picked here as it local and one of us had been before. It was Sunday lunch. We had halumi fries and potato skins for starters which was almost a meal in itself. There was plenty of choice for mains beef,turkey, pork, gammon with duo and trio options. The veggie option was extra Yorkers, stuffing and potato’s which was perhaps a little lack lustre. Some traditional pub grub was also on offer such as sausage and mash. The mains came with further veg of cabbage ,cauliflower,swede,carrots and broccoli. We were all far too full for puddings. Nice ambiance and friendly service. Will definately come back again.
I went today with my children and grandchildren. The grandkids were booked in for halloween afternoon tea for £7 a head. What an excellent meal we had. The adult menu was good and moderately priced, the half parmo was excellent and more than big enough for lunch. With chips or fries. Service was excellent and friendly as was the little dog Orio who greeted everyone on arrival. The kids tea was incredible. Pizza, fries, sandwiches, brownies, muffins, ice cream all decorated with spooky halloween sweets, plus more sweets and treats. This was my first visit to the Norton Tavern and I will definitely be going back. They also have a secret garden where the children could play.
We had a great time at this charming pub for a baby shower. The staff were very friendly and took us to a cozy separate building upon arrival. The space had brick walls and was beautifully decorated by my niece. She paid £70 to rent it out. We enjoyed a delicious Sunday carvery with plenty of meat and fresh vegetables. We would definitely return for another carvery in the future.
Booked for 14 family members for Sunday lunch We asked for a 12.30 booking ad it was our last meal before my son and family emigrated We all opted for Sunday lunch All served very quickly Everything was fresh with plenty of veg They let us bring a Bon voyage cake in and brought plenty of plates and serviettes out Great staff great food Highly recommend

wow! we booked in for sunday lunch as a treat for my Grandma 90th birthday and it did not dissapoint; the staff were lovely helping her and providing a great experience. we got the small adult lunches and they were not only huge and delicious but every item was homemade to the best quality. we will 100% be returning a hidden gem!!
First time here. Not many places do a Pork Parmo these days, and my husband loves them, he was not disappointed. He had a side order of onion rings which were also lovely and plentiful. I had the Thai Red beef and it was gorgeous. Potions are perfect, very relaxed atmosphere, we will be back.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the staff are lovely! The menu is very reasonably priced, with 2 courses for only £12.50 each. We ordered 3 different dishes and they were all delicious with no faults at all.

Lovely Sunday meal. Delicious home-cooked fare. I've visited a few times and this is hands down the best Sunday dinner I've ever had.
