The Office is a low- to medium-end dive, which is cool because Iike dives... but... Terrible service. I went a few times over the past couple of months. Food quality is marginal to low. The place seems to be churning through servers at a high...rate. than once I ordered a sleeve and was handed a glass. Ask a basic question about what is available to drink (like what brand rye or bourbon) and you'll probably have the server stumble and go and check. Seems there is little to training of staff. House wine tastes just on the edge of going sour. You'll end up waiting over minutes to even be acknowledged at times. Never returning unless the issues are addressed. I've had a few meals and indulged in a few beers at this place here and there and have been satisfied with the food and service each time. Burgers are tasty, the meat is good and fresh with proper toppings. The only thing missing is...yellow mustard which they don't have at all; I believe yellow mustard to be a staple in pub n' grill style cuisine star. Steaks are good in size and come how you order it which gives me a good case to assume that the rest of the food I haven't tried is probably pretty good, too. The appies are average, good but nothing special. As for the patrons that frequent this place.. if you go downtown, the people you don't see are the people that go here.

We decided to order delivery because pub food doesn't hold up well with Skip or DoorDash delivery. I tried the beef dip sandwich, which had plenty of flavorful meat and minimal fat. It was very tasty. The jalapeño poppers and shrimp popcorn were also delicious. However, the fish taco wasn't very inspiring. There are some vegetarian options available, but they are limited. It would be challenging for a vegan to find a satisfying meal here.

We frequently visit this restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly and provides excellent customer service (some of the best in Kamloops). Their wings are the best in the city and most other menu items are delicious. The ambiance is a bit dim and the small patio can get smoky, but it remains one of our favorite places to dine. I like the atmosphere in this pub. There's nothing fancy but you get the sense that there is community gathering here. They served us a decent burger, chicken fingers and wings which were complimented nicely with their beer selection. We combined our visit here by...going to the bowling alley next door prior to the pub dinner.

Sorry ... stopped by for a quick dinner and a few drinks. I’ve been here a few times before and the food was good, but this visit the food was not that great. Order was incorrect, pasta was like soup with uncooked veg thrown in....Maybe a new cook ? New waitress for sure

Friday for the Friday Special, the Steak sandwich. actually pretty good. the first came to the table and brought me even better cooked. came with a caesian salate with real speck. for the price will be definitiw again....Service was great.

Local pub environment. Friendly service. Good food and daily specials. Friday night karaoke was fun and the steak sandwich great.
