Spaghetti Factory felt like a restaurant at its peak but It felt great it has that old school family dinner vibe how’s was your day type of conversations. Everything was good, food was great, great portions, reasonable prices and great service. Haven’t had OSF in over 15 years. This restaurant was fabulous for Rancho. Beautiful ambiance, well trained staff, customer service oriented and one of the best to-go experiences I’ve had since the pandemic. My one frustration is the to-go portions are a fraction of what you get dining in. The taste is pretty basic. Great kids menu. delicious fresh baked bread. Good rewards program.
When I think of spaghetti I think of momma cooking in the kitchen adding spices to the sauce. If I went to grocery store got can pasta sauce pouring it over spaghetti noodles it would have tasted better than what I got. I expect quality wherever I go. Abandon sour dough bread it’s 2024 not the 1900s we have the technology!
Food was good just not a whole lot of options. For dessert they only have 2 different options but I appreciated that ice cream/spumoni was included with the dinner. I felt the service could have been better even when the place wasn’t packed. Parking: Many spots available since it’s not near Victoria Gardens Mall.
Got seated right away. Server was slow on drinks and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. But the food was very good, and came to the table very fast. Definitely not as cheap as it used to be, but still fairly priced.
Amazing food and a must visit if you’re in town and looking for a tasty meal. It was a delight being here and Jessica served us. Her suggestions and interaction with us made our evening more memorable ?
