If you 're looking for a traditional Italian meal in a warm, homey atmosphere, this is the place for you. Our party enjoyed the spaghetti, lasagna, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, tiramisu, spumoni, and chocolate cake. The meal was served with a warm loaf of bread, which was delicious along with an okay bagged iceberg salad. The main dishes were quite good. Very generous serving sizes. The tiramisu was tasty, but a little soggy. The slice of chocolate cake was massive, and really finished the meal well. We had early reservations for 5pm. No wait. Three of us ordered, the first dish was mushroom ravioli, which was just okay, it was covered with a white sauce, but I couldn’t tell what it was, it didn’t seem to be Alfredo, although it was sprinkled with their own shredded cheese, which doesn’t seem to melt and looks as if it was freezer burnt. The second I ordered chicken Marsala, the chicken was tough and dry and hard to cut, the Marsala sauce which is supposed to be a wine sauce, was more like brown gravy, the spaghetti was Luke warm and again sprinkled with their cold cheese. The food was good, but it's surprising how expensive the pasta becomes once you add on extras. Some of the lettuce was wilted, and it seems like it's been that way for a while. I'm surprised they haven't switched to something fresher. The Manager's Favorite comes with a loaf of bread and one container of butter, but I wish there was more butter—it's really delicious!
I was really looking forward to the spaghetti with white clam sauce, so much so that I even bought extra sauce. Unfortunately, I regret that decision—it was tasteless. Our Famous Baked Lasagna was incredibly rich and flavorful! The Fettuccine Alfredo was also fantastic! The food was well-packaged and arrived piping hot. The New York Cheesecake and Chocolate Cake were exceptional. This is why this restaurant is a favorite—it's consistently great food that you can rely on!
I visited this Spaghetti Factory for the first time, and I was really impressed! The dinner was delicious, the service was excellent, and it had that unique OSF atmosphere that we love from other locations. Don't miss out on the browned butter with mizithra cheese—it's possibly the best I've ever had!
We love this place, the food is good filling. This order we got a side of butter, but not bread. A small con of soup by we did not order any soup. I love the garlic cheese bread so I am glad I ordered that too. Overall though I do recommend eating from here.

I visited for the Monday special Meatball dinner, which included sides, bread, and wine for just $25. We ate in the bar area and were very pleased with Naomi's outstanding service and warmth. I highly recommend this place!
