This was a Thank You dinner for dear friends. The Hostess, who also served our bar order, was outstanding. The waiter was not attentive at all being late to even come to our table to start. out of orders were late or messed up. We have always enjoyed coming to this restaurant and hopefully this visit was just a one off experience
This is a great place in the neighborhood. We walk here regularly and always enjoy both food and service. Must try the Swedish meatballs, the daily quiche, and the smorgasbord. Friendly service is helpful and genuinely glad to see you there. My highest possible recommendation.
We visit the Ole Store every time we visit our daughter at college and this place is always amazing from the cocktails to the dessert there’s never a misstep and the service is so helpful and kind. We also love the history of the place and that it’s being preserved and used.

Quaint restaurant with scrumptious food with Scandinavian influence. Food is delicious, reasonably priced and the service is good as well. Nothing to not like about this place!
We were early for our brunch reservation. We were able to be seated right away. The staff were friendly. We felt very well taken care of. And, the food was delicious!
Menu is limited, but very well chosen. Smaller font on menu can be hard to read in low light (with aging eyes) but staff can explain things well.
