the first time you try this loose angeles institution. I think they've been here for 40-50 years, and after the attempt I can see why. I had a quarter of pfund burger with scabbards and wobble my wife had the pastrami and we ordered a large wobble rings to share. I think this series of tweeper rings would feed 4-5 people. they are absolutely amazing. the burger was juicy with great taste. the pastrami was at least one pfu beef with the bungalow soaked in delicious juice. neither of us were able to finish our sandwiches and had wobbles left for a late evening snack. if they want a great burger, don't hesitate to go upstairs. I really enjoyed the new experience.
I believe this is the first time I have visited "The Original Tops" restaurant. It is an excellent place for families, with a drive-thru option that many customers take advantage of. I sat outside and the weather was pleasant. The restaurant is busy and the staff are very friendly. Located on Route 66, a historic road, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
Listen to me!!!!! The burgers are 1/4 lb. The fries come in a box. An order of large onion rings can feed 4 adults. I have never finished a meal here unless I bought 1 taco. The chicken soft taco has humongous chunks of grilled chicken breast. 2 tacos is a lot of food!!!!!!! Food quality (freshness and taste) gets an A +
The place is okay, but definitely nothing to write home about. The fries portion is definitely amazing, so that's great. Everything is pretty expensive regarding the product, but I haven't tried everything so maybe it is worth the price. No complaints from me. There are only two bathrooms and they are constantly busy.

Delicious. Large portions and always popular. Everything I've tried so far was good. They've been around since the 1950's. Their chili cheese fries are great and I loved their rib-eye steak sandwich. Also known for their pastrami.
When it comes to Chili Cheese Fries NOTHING beats Tops. Period.Hands down the best.When you order it comes in its own box,either half full or completely full, depending on your order.And I haven't even gotten to the Burgers yet.
On their first visit to the restaurant, they ordered the pastrami and zucchini frits, both of which were delicious. I joined them with my fiancé, who has been coming here for years and has enjoyed most of their dishes.
The Sycamore Melt is absolutely delicious! This was my first time trying it, along with the Tops Breakfast Burrito and the Smokey Jalapeño Burger for my partner. Everything was fantastic, as usual.

I came across this great old-school burger joint while driving by and I'm so glad I did. The prices are similar to chain restaurants, but the quality of the food is far superior.
Loved the food chicken sandwich on French roll was delicious. Zucchini fries were also really good, Will be a regular !
