The pub was very cold and I had to keep my coat on throughout the meal. They no longer light the lovely open fires, which surprises me with the fuel costs so expensive at the moment. It spoiled the ambience of what used to be a lovely cosy pub. The menu was very limited and a lot of ‘old favourites’ were no longer on offer. Even the loaded chips had hardly any bacon in the dressing. All in all, a very disappointing experience.
Lovely pub, great ambience and setting, full of history. The food options and varied and cater to all. Good selection of beverages the Ostrich Pilsner was really nice. All meals were delicious and very well presented. Staff were friendly, approachable and couldn’t do enough to help. Highly recommend visiting.
The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and professional. However, I would suggest adding more lighting at the front of the building, as I initially thought the pub was closed until I drove into the parking lot.
The meal was lovely, though it felt a bit pricey for what it offered. However, the egg dish was beautifully prepared and delicious. The menu was somewhat limited, but I would definitely return for another special occasion. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Calamari was great, overall food was good. Service was friendly but a bit slow… if service was just a bit more attentive it would have been a great experience!

I had a very comfortable stay, and the food was excellent. It was also extremely enjoyable to use all the amenities.
