Luckily I am an assiduous island and after visiting many hotels, many swimming pools and many beach clubs, I cannot doubt that the restaurant the oyster and caviar of the ohuaia tower pool is the best of the island. the friendly treatment of all the staff, the atmosphere and exquisite food make the site become your home. stand out a thousand dishes, but among them: the rice with bogavante, the 5j ham, the exquisite sushi and as a companion the best sangria of cava or the watermelon crusher! I also have to name to bartolo, that always takes care of our reserves and makes us feel special every time we are!
Comida sabrosa, y servicio mejor todavía, Virgilio y todo el equipo del restaurnate, las chica y chicos que atienden en las mesas son sumamente amables, cada vez que hemos comido nos han recibido con mucha simpatía y dedicación. Por poner una pega el viento, que sopla bastante fuerte y en esta época hasta frío, gracias a que las chicas del restaurnate nos ofrecieron toallas para estar más calentitas..
hoy fui con mi familia al Oyster bar y los platos todos 10/10 pero quiero resaltar el sushi , como ahí en ninguna parte de Ibiza, nos acercamos a conocer al sushi man y muy amable se nos presentó Manuel, diciéndonos que era nuevo en el bar , espero que se mantenga esa calidad por siempre!
Desafortunadamente, el servicio no fue excelente, no fue amigable y hubo que esperar mucho tiempo para todo. La ensalada la trajeron sin vinagre ni aceite. Lamentablemente la relación precio/rendimiento no coincide.

Comimos en oyster. Muy buena experiencia. Servicio muy muy bueno de Jose, pedimos 3 platos a compartir. Cantidades bien y relación calidad precio acorde al lugar maravilloso.
La comida no es la mejor pero tiene un precio justo para Ibiza. El sushi no era agradable, tenía un fuerte olor a pescado y el sándwich de pollo era muy común y corriente.
Experiencia gastronómica totalmente recomendable acompañada de un servicio de diez! Disfrutamos muchísimo del ambiente. Volveremos muy pronto!
