The Pancake Parlour

I generally like visiting the Pancake Parlour, but recently my last few visits have been a mixed bag of good and poor. I frequent a number of the stores, this review for Knox store. Over the past few months the service has really gone down hill. On my recent visit, there were at least six dirty tables waiting to be cleared and cleaned. We were taken to a sticky table. Once we were served our food we realised that we had no folks nor serviettes. By the time we received them, the pancakes had lost their spring and the hot food had gone lukewarm. Probably should start by saying we did not go here out of choice we were here for someone else’s birthday party. I don’t know how this place still exists. Firstly, who eats savory pancakes. Secondly the prices are an absolute rip off almost $100 which includes a 10% surcharge on weekends. This for pancakes!!! Thirdly, their app for online ordering at your table is so difficult to use. We abandoned it and ordered at the front counter. Don’t bother with this place there are so many better restaurants and eateries at Knox Ozone.
