The room itself was very spacious, which we appreciated, and the bathroom was also large and nicely decorated. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. For instance, there was no water provided in the room; even a bottle of tap water would have been a nice touch for the night. Additionally, there was no milk for our coffee and tea, which I believe is typically standard in hotels, so we were quite surprised. Furthermore, the coffee machine appeared to be unclean, and the fridge in the room had crumbs and hair at the bottom. Before heading out, my husband and I went to the bar area for a drink. Avoid this place at all costs! The manager is clearly incapable of handling requests. I specifically asked not to be given the top floor room, only to arrive and find that same room assigned to me. The water pressure was awful; I could have stood in the shower for a day and still not gotten wet. Frustrated, I decided not to stay and left to go home, completely ruining our vacation. Popped in for tea and cake. Lovely cup of tea , delicious piece of clementine sponge. Very nice young man served us and the toilets were immaculate. Highly recommend.
