This place has become so pompous and unreasonable that it is unreal. We showed up at 4:35 with the intention of getting a quick bite at the raw bar. Unfortunately they begin charging a $20 cover to enter the raw bar or the basement. Ok fine, we figured we would just get a table inside and eat a proper dinner. The manager told us that we could only order from the appetizer menu as they don't serve dinner til 5pm. So now we are in this limbo where we either have to pay $40 to go into the raw bar or wait until 5pm to eat dinner. Hands down a 5/5 If you happen to find yourself in or near Spring Lake, NJ, stopping by Parker House for a meal is an absolute must. Nestled one block in from the boardwalk, Parker House is set in an old Victorian house where you can enjoy a meal inside or on the wraparound porch. I opted for the porch because it was a gorgeous day and came with a purpose Lobster! At $15, this fresh lobster lunch cannot be best, especially as someone visiting from Manhattan where this meal would be at least 3 4x as much. Maura at Parker House recently organized my daughter's baby shower, and we couldn't have made a better choice. From our initial meeting with Maura, we were thoroughly impressed. Her extensive knowledge and experience put us at ease right away. Thanks to her hands-on guidance, we were able to host a truly stunning event. Maura kept in touch throughout the planning process and provided us with fantastic suggestions. Although it rained all day, requiring us to move the event indoors, Maura and her team handled everything seamlessly. The day of the celebration went off without a hitch. Maura and her team were attentive to each and every one of our guests. Plus, the food was absolutely amazing!
During this summer I decided to try all the lobster rolls around my Central Jersey area. I have to say that The Parker House by far come on the top. What a pleasant surprise to find this gem of goodness wrapped in the perfect buttery sweet roll. The Parker House is known by its God's basement, and as a busy entertainment hub, but when lobster roll is concerned, they totally rule!

This is one of my favorite summer dining spots! Enjoying a meal on the porch after a lovely day at the beach is an experience you won't want to miss. The food is outstanding, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond. I really appreciate the vibrant energy they bring. Be sure to look out for the Italian snow cones on the menu—they're absolutely amazing!
Everyone in town told us this was THE place to go and we were NOT disappointed!! Dinner of tacos and Cubano quesadilla. But the night really started once you go downstairs to the basement. Sunday night at 9pm and absolutely packed! A must visit.
This place is fantastic! The salad portions were generous, and the drinks were excellent. They don’t accept reservations, so be sure to plan ahead. I liked this location better than the upscale restaurants in Spring Lake.
The lines can be quite lengthy if you come peak times of the summer. The scene is usually lively and loud. Bartenders are some of the best down the shore! Overall, cool place to hang with friends off the beach.

First time here, had an early dinner. Seafood bisque and lobster roll were good. Fish tacos were plentiful and fresh, but sadly the fish was not seasoned, and therefore the tacos no taste. Service was good.
What a fun place. Lines can get super long, but love the NJ shore vibe and pour of Guinness!
