The food here is really good, but the service is terrible. There was only one person serving, and it took about 14 to 15 minutes just to get help. I had a frustrating experience where I waited 15 minutes without anyone assisting the poor lady who was managing the line. Then, someone came in behind me, and the guy with the du-rag left the register to serve them instead, completely ignoring her. I decided to leave without getting my food. I can't emphasize enough how delicious the food is, but the long wait time is a major drawback.
I recently had a very disappointing meal at this restaurant. They should be embarrassed to serve the food they offer. The rice was burnt, and the beans tasted just as scorched. It seemed like they only served me the top layer of both dishes, which looked decent but clearly masked the burnt flavor underneath. As for the so-called rotisserie chicken, it was far from what I expected. I would recommend saving your money and ordering from a genuine Dominican restaurant, because this place definitely does not deliver.
The Beef Tripe soup is On The Money! It is perfectly seasoned compare to other places I have tried. Parrot Testaurant's Sopa de Mondongo is Sabroso!!! I ordered a double large size this time because Parrot does al ays have it made which is a bummer. Thats how I know other restaurants I am forced to order from their Sopa de Mondongo does not compare.
Ordered from Uber Eats for the first time today. I ordered the small pernil lunch along with both a beef and a chicken empanada. I wasn't expecting much but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The rice was fluffy and seasoned well. The pork was juicy and flavorful. I will definitely order from them again.

The restaurant may be small, but the food certainly makes up for it. I've sampled a variety of dishes, and everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious.
The food is always great! They have a wide variety of selections. Everyone that works there is very very friendly and communicative. You won’t be disappointed
