I been going to Mastros for many years and the service and food has always been exceptional until last night. Food was ok the Mac and cheese was super dry couldn’t fine the cheese. The service was poor. Our waiter did not provide the same service as the other tables that he was serving . First, my steak was undercooked I ordered my filet well done. Our waiter took back to the kitchen then after a few minutes he brought it back and it was cooked well done. Our waiter came to check if my steak was well done the second time which it was. April was one of the sweetest waitresses we’ve had in our five years of coming here! She explained everything with such detail and went above and beyond to make our anniversary even more special! Mastro’s has always had a special place in our relationship as our favorite date night—even being where we will be having our rehearsal dinner in a few weeks, but her service cemented what an amazing place this is. The food, like always, was beyond delicious and we even got to try the new cherry dessert which has officially become my new favorite!
I had birthday, wasn't in years. had the table on the way to the stairs and next to the pianist/singer. more lively flow of people who through the stars in our eating lol. too loud to hear the server or ourselves. we tried to move, but I guess nothing was available. the drinkers were anyway and my steak was understated. server andrew was nice. not to go back, but would not be my first choice.
the host honored our seat request! we are very pleased that we have gedimt my birthday in this fine restaurant. eating was delicious and plentiful! the live music was amazing. the staff has provided an excellent service. the free butter cake with ice and illuminated candle made me especially on my special day. mastros team!

We had a reservation for 2 people at 8:30 and we had to wait about 40 mins to be seated . We waited at the bar and orders a fries and waited half an hour and asked if our fries is ready and they said they forgot to put the order in . Finally we sat down and ordered our food and the filet mignon was too salty .
We had a fantastic experience! The food was exceptional, and our waitress, April, made us feel truly special as we celebrated the upcoming arrival of our first child.
Amazing food! I'm really enjoying the new menu items! We had a wonderful experience, and the service was outstanding, just like always!
