The nicest food ever We were visiting my partners mums and this pub is local to her We visited 24th Xmas Eve the food wow, incredible beef madras pie with tandoori mash was to die for im still raving about it, finished off with a beautiful toffee pudding again beautiful I need that pie recipe it’s absolutely and better than a lot of restaurants in Manchester where I’m from Service: 5 Location: 5
Food and drinks: The meal and drinks were amazing, with a delightful burger and chips followed by a gorgeous chocolate pudding! The service was great and the prices were reasonable. Hotel highlights: Quiet location and great value.

A wonderful sensitive restoration of a historic canal side pub by the Wilts and Berks canal trust. The canal in this area is still ongoing restoration. Excellent selection of well kept beer and ciders. Excellent cooked food. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I had expected the restaurant to be located on the canal, but there was no water in sight. It wasn't the canal-side pub I had imagined, but the food was delicious.
I haven't stayed at this restaurant, but they serve the best Sunday Roast I've ever had. Service is excellent, and the location is perfect.
