Stuck in traffic, pulled up Zomato and found this awesome spot! Clean and decorated in a very setting. Some tables are farm tables so you might sit with strangers...I always enjoy chatting with new people. The food comes extremely fast...so keep that in mind. We got the specialty sodas, which I highly recommend. Orange cream and strawberry & ginger are awesome. Got the farm burger and the southwestern burger - both great. Fresh, homemade buns, crispy bacon, all around fresh toppings. Got the fries and German potato salad, liked both. Would love to go back and hang out in their outdoor beer garden, looks like the place to be!
We went to The Pharmacy at about 8:15 on a Sunday night. We waited about an hour for a table, but it was worth the wait. I ordered the cheese burger and my dining partner ordered the stroganoff burger. We both enjoyed our burgers a lot! It wasn't the best burger I have ever had, but it was very good. The roasted garlic aioli was delicious. I definitely recommend asking for a side of the beer mustard to dip your fries in. The chocolate milkshakes were fine but nothing too exciting. I think I would try a handcrafted soda instead of the milkshake next time. Service was friendly and fast.
The Pharmacy serves the best hamburger I have ever eaten in my life.
I think their secret is the burger bun ( slightly sweet) and the beef ( tastes like organic beef).
It is very affordable ( around $15 for a burger , fries and drinks).
They have old fashioned milkshakes that are delicious.
I hear their craft beers are also good.
The only problem at the pharmacy is the wait time. Sometimes over an hour and a half on weekends. Better to go during the week to avoid this. But the hamburgers are worth the wait!
Wonderful atmosphere. We came for dinner and had to wait, but it was worth it. I had a German wheat ale that was made with elder flowers. It was delicious. When we were able to eat, I had the stroganoff burger with sweet potato fries. I highly recommend this burger. It was beautifully topped with Navarro cheese to blend with the creaminess of the be'chamel sauce on the burger.
I suggest that this a definitely must try restaurant in Nashville.

Went to this place on an afternoon with my girlfriends family. The atmosphere was fun and the bier garden was a really cool hangout. The burger was one of the best I've ever had and I've had many delicious burgers in my hometown of Louisville. Woul highly recommend getting the farm burger with sweet potato fries. Make sure to get the beer mustard to dip them in or the curry ketchup. Delicious
This is one of the best burger places I have ever been! We visit this restaurant every time we are in Nashville and it never disappoints! Everything is good from the burgers, hot dogs, milkshakes and house made sodas!
What an AWESOME cheeseburger they have here! More beers than you can shake a stick at. This is by far one of the best burgers I've ever had. Great staff too. The only down side was the abundance of man buns.
Great food
Horrendous wait and service. Prepare yourself for a three hour event. Good atmosphere but wondering if it has out grown its kitchen. Multiple apologies because kitchen was backed up.

Good beer, good food, good atmosphere and great staff. Portions are big, so consider sharing. The outdoor seating is fun! The burgers were outrageously good. The sausages don't disappoint.
Busy busy, but worth the wait! The weekends expect a long wait for a table. Great selection of beer. Many times I will order carry out to avoid the lines.
