Out of all the pie and mash options in the area, this one stands out. After trying almost every pie and mash shop around, this place is on par with Manzes. They stick to their original menu, remaining true to their roots, and are also reasonably priced. Plus, they don't overload you with massive scoops of mashed potatoes like some other places do.
They have once again raised their prices and on my most recent visit, they skimped on the mash! They used to be the top choice in Bexley/Dartford, but unfortunately, that is no longer the case. You can find better value for money at other places in Bexley that are cheaper.
What a lovely traditional eatery, serving the best traditional pie and and mash the way they are supposed to be done. Lovely staff and atmosphere and a must if your up for a bit of decent grub. Good food for a good price. Highly recommend
