It’s the worst Indian food I have had in my life. The staff was pathetic, excuse was…the actual staff are not here due to COVID. When I entered, they started to write down what was for the GROUPON coupons. Certainly, from the menu but restricted...to about 6 items from starters and 6 from the main dish. She called me back to the till to tell me what was available. When I asked, why can’t the management print the menu for GROUPON coupons and put them on display or at least on GROUPON site the list should be there…it’s very deviously advertised. Next, let's talk about the taste: there was none. All the mixed grill dishes tasted the same; calling them bland would be an understatement. And as for the price-performance ratio? £17 for six chicken wings, a few pieces of chicken tikka, and lamb shish kebabs that tasted like cheap frozen kebabs was outrageous. The lamb was overcooked too—likely the reason for the long wait! In total, we ended up spending £44 for two mixed grills, a few poppadoms, and two tandoori rotis, and it was all a complete disappointment. I would advise you to avoid this place at all costs; we certainly won’t be returning. I didn't want to write a negative review, but I felt I had no choice.
Having arrived in good spirits to watch yesterday's football match the lads and I were shocked to recieve the worst customer service, waiting an hour for a drink some tables were seen to be waiting even longer than us! The place was terribly understaffed...and the staff that were there (I assume was management) were so rude. Ended up leaving the pub during half time to go somewhere else as it was that bad. Ruined the night completely! Not to mention the tvs don't work, the toilets are disgusting with no working hot water and leaks everywhere. Never visiting again!
fuming! I waited an hour for a ride with 3 pairs. I paid 44.00 pounds for 2 boxes food with 12 chicken wings in and other piece meat! I complained they were big mixed grills and the guy could come and pick up the food. he was not disturbed when he was not the owner and said I should have checked before I left. avoid! mediocre food, which takes too long to come and is not worth the extorted price. I'm writing this for my parents, who aren't very familiar with technology, but I want to warn others about the poor quality of the food. They spent £37 on an unsatisfactory meal. They ordered two main dishes, rice, naan, and two side dishes. The curries were bland, and the portions were only half-filled in the containers. The meal was overpriced, and the quantity was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place!
We opted for the three-person sharing platter, which featured a variety of chicken and lamb dishes, along with naan, chips, and rice. The platter was served on a large plate, and all the food was delicious and well-seasoned. It was definitely worth it! I would highly recommend this place if you're in the area. All the negative reviews should give this restaurant another shot! We had a great meal for three, all for just £35!
AVOID Food arrived over an hour late. The food was cold and the curry was watery. I tried to call the restaurant and just kept getting cut off. After 4 attempts they just said they were busy. Food went in the bin
