Do not stay here. I had to cancel my trip due to the COVID 19 pandemic. I was in regular communication with The Pines at Island Park until I verified that I would have to cancel my trip. Once that happened, there were no responses made to my emails regarding my deposit. I paid almost $300.00 to reserve this room. I make an average salary, and cannot afford to GIVE someone $300.00 for nothing. I would not recommend doing business with anyone who takes advantage of people during this time, or any
Good points....Quiet and clean. In good working order. Close to lots of outdoor activites. Bad points.....they turn the hot tubs down every day so they are to cold to use at night. Parking for trailers is 300+ yards away across a major street out of sight with no responsibility to them or you are fined and charged extra. Older lady on the phone was very unpleasant. Definitely no down home hospitality....I felt like we just arrived in seatle.
We absolutely adored our time at The Pines! The cabins were stunning, nestled in the midst of the pine trees. The restaurant was fantastic, located in a charming lodge with welcoming staff. This place is a hidden treasure! We can't wait to return. Many thanks to Rick and the team!
We absolutely adore The Pines! Our family has had numerous unforgettable weeks in the cabins, including celebrating my brother's milestone occasion. The owners are exceptional and very friendly. The staff were personable and friendly. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed with the essentials. Having our own hot tub was a bonus! We had a wonderful vacation and in part, The Pines Resort assisted with that.
