It's truly disappointing to see what's happened here. The older gentleman who had been working for several years either fell ill or retired, and I believe he lives upstairs. Unfortunately, the quality, presentation, and portion sizes have all significantly declined. It’s just not the same anymore. I hope he’s well enough to come back and help retrain the staff. I recently ordered a Buffalo chicken slice, but what I received was a slice of cheese with old Buffalo chicken on top for $5. I spent $10 since I ordered two slices! I expected to get my order right, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. This will definitely be my last visit.
