We ordered take out on August 26th and had an ok experience. Despite arriving on time and living a realistic 3 mins away, the food was luke warm upon arrival. Sweet potato fries were soggy and couldn't be re-crisped. Yuengling shrimp arrived with no sauce, so were just fried tempura shrimp. The cheesesteak was average for the area. The prime rib sandwich was pretty good, but could have been better if it was less greasy and the cheese was melted through all the meat versus just being laid on top. I dined at the Pizza Time Saloon with my wife's family in celebration of her 40th. The pizza is very good, though I had the special Lasagna Calzone. The calzone caught my eye because it was the first time I had ever seen something like it, and it didnot disappoint. The service was not very attentive and the server ordered the wrong thing for two of the other guests in mygroup. The server may have been new. The atmosphere is definitely a saloon, you walk in and the bar and small tables are frontand center. The dining area is in the back and there appeared to be private rooms available as well.
We had a table of six and the server was great! She even specifically proposed a modification of a chicken sluice for someone who doesn't like a caesar. The pomegranate margarita was delicious and the perfect force. Avocado Blt was delicious. I even enjoyed the chips and I'm not a fan of chips on the side. I'd come back. Beautiful cool atmosphere.
Happy hour specials are delicious and was reasonably priced. Had a good after work event there this past Friday, the upstairs is equipped with a pool table and dart boards. We had a party of 11 and our waitress was nothing less than fantastic!! Bella was thrilled all the time, fast, to serve us and very accommodating for our entire group! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back in the future thanks to Bella!!
Every time I visit this place, the service is consistently poor. The young staff members are so inefficient that even McDonald's provides better service. I couldn't even get a refill!
