Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, affordable prices. This is NO corporate franchise cookie-cutter outfit. This is where you want to go if you want REAL food. Jason has been a chef for over 30 years--and his crew is absolutely fantastic. Not only that, but he'll keep you in stitches. No political correctness allowed... Go for the food (I recommend the chili omelette and the dinner-plate sized chocolate-chip Bavarian Creme pancakes), stay for the experience. This is a one in a million establishment and a local crown jewel for those who appreciate a truly unique, non-pretentious dining experience.
Just had breakfast here for the first time since the ownership switch great breakfast!! The waitress was friendly and efficient, the cook was great! Came to the table to let me know the potato pancakes aren't the german kind, but rather an actual pancake stuffed with potatoes, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was much improved and the food was great quick, hot and very tasty!! Can't wait to go back and try the lunch. Just found my new go to spot for breakfast!
I am so impressed with the way the place is looking and the improvements are beautiful!!!!! It's so inviting when you walk in and the service was fast and friendly. The food is, as always, amazing and overall the place is a great place to bring your family for great food in a relaxed atmosphere!!!! We will definitely be coming back again and again!!!!
They serve one of the best apple crisp pancakes I have ever eaten! Welcoming and cozy, and the staff is also great! It's definitely my new favorite breakfast spot in St. Cloud.
