The Place To Be - Tisch reservieren

We tried eating here on our arrival day on a Saturday but it was too busy and couldn't get a table I know reservations are preferred but it's quite difficult to ascertain what time you will be finished skiing to book a table particularly...with the changeable weather. We ended up stopping here for lunch on a Wednesday when the weather had turned and got a table inside (which was good as the heaters had broken outside). The staff just seem to treat you like an inconvenience. We ordered from the very large menu (the menu I think ought to have a bit more structure as it was just soooo large). We have used the tremplin for last 9 years , for food .’apres ski ... was always a great place to join with friends and enjoy the mountains , near the slopes great area for children to play etc ... BUT this year they have...the most rude staff , for the 2nd occasion this year tried to have a drink ! First time was told at 3pm it’s a restaurant !!! But they weee ok after we ordered 300 euros of drinks... Again today , asked at the bar for a beer and was replied with yes proberably ... asked again and was told to ask a waitress and bar man turned his back ... we were sitting right next to the bar and had waited 30 mins .. a group of us local weekend. Having booked tables for 20 people 2 nights in a row, they forgot about both bookings and had to move people for us. Embarrassing for us, and rude to the customers sitting their minding their own business. The second night they implemented a 100 people...limit due to Coronavirus however even with a booking they weren’t allowing us in. There was no common sense of one in one out. People sneaking in other entrances. The blonde lady really needs to learn some customer service. Not being allowed in was less of an issue and understanding in the current climate however it was the way it was communicated. She may as well have stuck two fingers up at us. eating was great, price was reasonable. but the service on the other side was terrible! the waiter did not greet us first and had a massive attitude. have not been coming back?

Are and drank here a few times during our week in Morzine... Not the cheapest but a great view of the slopes at the bottom of the plenny
