The food was like sad hospital food. I’ve been here years ago was so excited to bring my friend and we left disappointed and embarrassed. The chicken on chicken and waffles looked like country fried steak. The house style potatoes were literally just roasted potatoes not even a dash of salt on them. The sausage was a jimmy dean sausage patty heated up in the microwave. Our Brussels sprouts were somehow soggy and burnt? Overall super sad to see once a well deserved hyped restaurant go down the toilet. Like staff was fine whatever but the food was practically inedible
The service at this restaurant was very slow during our late lunch visit, as there were only a few tables occupied. The servers seemed preoccupied with cleaning and restocking dishes and glasses. It took over 30 minutes for us to receive our two lunch specials, and we had to request our follow-up drinks after we had already finished our meal. We are repeat customers, so we were surprised by this experience. It must have just been an off day for the restaurant.
Our food took a long time to arrive at our table, while larger parties at other tables were served, paid their bill, and left before we even received our food. The service was not very enthusiastic. The food was cold and greasy. Despite dining at Post on multiple occasions in the past, we have never experienced such terrible food and service.
The service, chicken and biscuits at this restaurant were all excellent. However, the noise level was too loud for my liking. I may stick to takeout or dining on the patio in the future. I prefer quieter restaurants where I can chat with my dining companions.

We love the Fried Chicken and sides (colored greens, cheddar biscuits). Always try to catch this place when we are in Denver. Consistently good, also good local beer selections, make for a fun outing.
The fried chicken at this place is LEGIT, as are the sides, biscuits and waffles. This was a great place for Easter dinner with the family.
Great place for Fried Chicken and beer! Always enjoy eating here. Service is good but make reservations for sure as they are always busy.
Excellent brunch selection. Everything was soooo good! Service was great! Portions were huge! Cocktails for breakfast A MUST!
