So after waiting for days to go in and see ALLISON the manager (who refused to give her last name so apologises for not including that in here) my partner was told he still wouldn’t be allowed in but not because of the incident two years ago. He isn’t allowed in because of the original complaint which I logged. Firstly, the staff told us to write a complaint that day if we weren’t happy with them because there was no manager in to speak with. Therefore that is exactly what we did.
