Absolutely terrible service once again from this restaurant, we rang up to order a takeaway was told we will ring you back in 2 mins 20 mins later no return call so I ring again to be told again we will ring you back. 10 mins later I get a call from a random mobile number asking what we want to order, I place the order and get told to will be ready at 540pm. We turn up at 540pm big queue takes 15 mins to be seen only to be told they don’t have an order and it will be a further 20 mins, we walk out because this isn’t acceptable. This restaurant used to be excellent, but now it is well below average. After further reflection, I realize it was actually terrible. The food is bland and flavorless, and when we asked for Tikka chicken, the waitress tried to convince us that it was what we ordered. It used to be the best Indian restaurant in the area, but now the food is really bad. The beer was flat and warm, and it seems like the owners have accepted mediocrity. I would not recommend this place anymore, it is no longer worth visiting. The service and atmosphere were both rated as a 1 out of 5.
The service at this restaurant was absolutely shocking from beginning to end. The restaurant was quiet, and it took forever for our starters to arrive and even longer for the mains. The worst part was when we asked for the bill, which took 30 minutes to come. The food was cold and the service was appalling. It felt more like a disaster than a dining experience. Service, food, and atmosphere all rated a 1 out of 10.
we book a table on Saturday we arrived at the time they were rude we sat I ordered an omelette I came very soggy cheese not melted asking them to change them and got a little **** they usually did not do, but. it is on the menu I had nothing to eat, so people who have to look over the place rave must have a look the lighting is very bad they sat us on the back of the place please heed my warning stay clear

This restaurant used to be good, but now it has declined. The staff is rude and indifferent towards customers. I'm surprised they are still in business. The food is mediocre at best, and that's being generous. Overall rating for dinner: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1.
