I organized a group outing at this restaurant, reserving 5 bell tents for 8 people. We had a fantastic experience, with the staff and owner being extremely accommodating. We were able to get a last minute dinner reservation upon arrival, which was a nice surprise since I had forgotten to make one. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The beds were cozy and the setting was peaceful, with fire pits available to relax by at night. It was the perfect escape from the city. We called in after checking out the menu we wanted to eat some traditional pub grub on our way back home from a local day out. The pub was really nice, the staff were really great and the service couldn't be faulted; the locals were friendly and the food was tasty and filling. The sausage and mash came with more veg than I was expecting so that was a lush bonus! All in all, our visit rounded off a brilliant day out and I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
