I tried the vegan parma at The Quiet Vegan, priced at $25. I received two small schnitzels topped with vegan cheese, along with some unseasoned fish and chip style fries. The dish was disappointing and I believe I could easily make a better version at home for a fraction of the cost. I was not impressed, especially considering the high price. Although I haven't tried their pizzas, I found the parma to be overpriced for the quality. I had expected The Quiet Vegan to be an independent restaurant, but it is actually part of Sofia's.
