Busy, bright cafe in the heart of Holland Park. Friendly staff, with outdoor seating bathed in morning sun. My girlfriend and I decided to come here for brunch on a Saturday morning at about half past ten. It was crowded when we arrived, but we managed to be get a table within 10 minutes. We ordered the brunch special that day, which was Parmesan brioche French toast with mushrooms, spinach, a fried egg and crumbled feta. Needless to say, it was fabulous, and also a very generous portion! The French toast was fluffy yet crunchy, and the mushrooms were full of flavour, while the feta was a nice creamy addition. The staff were also very polite and friendly. Though we had to wait a bit for the food to come out, everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Certainly a good place to start the weeken...
Had breakfast here with another couple, who recommended this cafe. We arrived at 8am on a Saturday morning and the place quickly began to fill.I ordered the zucchini, fetta and corn fritters with poached eggs. The meal included beetroot hummus, sweet potato crisps (delicious!), roasted cherry tomatoes and herbed crème fraiche.This was the best breakfast out I have enjoyed for a long time!Staff were prompt in taking our orders and our meals arrived quickly. We all enjoyed our meals and the coffee afterward was very good.I highly recommend this café - the menu is varied and appetizing. Will definitely be returning.
We've been here each Sunday for the past month because of a nearby course.The food is truly excellent but the service is mesmerisingly slow!This morning we watched as three of the waitstaff stood talking to each other rather than take or deliver orders.I'm assuming that this is a family business because if they weren't related to the owner, surely they would have been fired by now!!

Breakfast this morning at my favorite Coffee Shop. Busy as usual, But not that busy we couldn't get a table . Service great,food fabulous, company lovely. Unfortunately for the start of June & winter Coffee was just not on point today. Looking forward to my next visit .Thank you Rare Pear ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

really lovely place with wonderful food. the mocha is super decadent if you're after a chocolate hit. had a muffin the other day which was still warm out of the oven. staff are really nice and great service.
Went here to catch up with some friends on a Sat morning - the coffee was beautiful, the food was flavoursome and came in good portion sizes, all reasonably priced. Would eat here again.

Nice food and excellent service. Definitely worth a try. They also have some interesting things on their menu. We enjoyed our Sunday brunch.
Loved the variety of the menu. The Cakes, muffins and slices looked inviting and fresh. Staff were friendly. Will definately return.
