The Raven Room - Tisch reservieren

Lately there was a lot of hype around the Raven Room, so I made a reservation well in advance to make sure that my husband and I can come here as part of our anniversary weekend in Whistler. We came for appetizers and cocktails and everything was super delicious! Our waitress was super- very friendly and let us immediately know that if there's something in the cocktail menu that appealed to us that something custom could be made. She was very helpful to make recommendations. Between my husband and the cocktails we tried were the local lemon bowl, Queen of Barbados, and I'm sorry I dropped your cherry. A great place for a drink or a date. With every cocktail, the bartenders take the extra little care. You notice the little things like when they tick the edge of your glass. But the food was okay. The plates were beautiful and the presentation was ok, but the flavors simply couldn't keep to the quality of the cocktails. I wouldn't recommend any desserts. So this review is a tough one. I want to give them 5 stars for atmosphere, cocktails and bartenders, but 3 stars for food and service. I think she'll sort it over time. But don't take this as a reason not to go. You should try their cocktails!

This is a bit hard to review this one The food and cocktails were good but the atmosphere was very down and cold. Service was okay but could be improved. We ordered couple of different courses and not everyone?s food came at the same time. It means my wife had to wait for 10 minutes when we had our food. Also I called after I made the reservation and told them it?s my wife?s birthday to see how they can make our experience more special but the answer was ?we don?t do any celebrations here!? I guess you better not to go there if it?s a special event.

Recently I started working my way through the menu of this great new gem of a facility. Palate folding plates are professionally prepared, placed and perfectly expensive. My buds are looking forward to tasting more of the menu items every week. Kudos to all kitchen members behind the scene as their work is unrespected, but their efforts are not. The appreciation for talented customer service, delicious meals, a pleasant atmosphere and enough drinks to satisfy everyone in the party can be satisfied here.

Amazing unique cocktails. It's worth trying one. Can't comment on how we are here specifically for the drinks.
