Wow, what a restaurant by far my firm favourite now. Great staff who cannot do enough for you. A great easy to choose menu….. I went with the Salt An Pepper Calamari for Starters and for my Main the Duo of Lamb. My son had Pizza and chips and may I add was absolutely lovely. My other half had the Sirloin Steak which was melt in the mouth good. Both were absolutely fantastic. Great place I will be back.
We had an excellent evening. The food was well cooked, my beef fell absolutely from the bone, and the fish of my wife was perfectly cooked. We went for the 'small' pudding that comes with coffee, just what was necessary. We were well looked at, with one of our friends who made a special request for an amendment to the offer, and his request was met. Would go back there when in the area.
We stopped by to meet a friend on our way further north back in Oct and had our dog with us. We were made to feel SO welcome which isn't always a given when you have a dog with you, and the staff were especially friendly and made a real fuss of her! The atmosphere was lovely and cosy, so glad we chose to meet here. Food was also great! Thank you!
Wing to the Red Deer for the first time last night with my Hubby. It is a rustic, charming, casual pub/restaurant. The service was excellent during and the waitress was nice and tidy. We both thought the food was somewhat disappointing, especially the quality of beef. The apple cake was great. We'll go back sometime and look at the pizzas!
Was in the red deer for a meal with family.first class service and the food delicious.i just had the most amazing sweet called the flowerpot. It was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend that people go and try it..
My husband and children enjoyed the Hausburger! They all commented that it was one of the best they had cost and returned to have it again. We mix with our desserts, but quickly restored. Staff friendly and attentive
Went for a drive with the family, stopped here for a bite to eat.. Great wee place that's kind of hidden from view. But really nice staff, and the food was great. Very helpful and friendly staff.
The Red Deer used to be one of the better restaurants in Cumbernauld but perhaps this is no more!!! Our last few visits have been marred by incredibly slow
