I have been coming to this location for about 15 years, maybe since they opened it? Since the pandemic this place just gets worse with every visit. In around 4pm on a Friday, bar was about 50% full and a reservation party upstairs(which was almost to its end), no one in the dining area. Took about 8 minutes to be seated. Hostess seemed annoyed that I asked to be seated a few booths in and not by the door because it's cold outside with a draft there. Then the order of a bucket and appetizer took a long time, pizza was ok. But the kicker..asked for forks and was told they didn't have any because they were all dirty, but they could offer plastic to go forks! Then the pizza comes out and I'm gue...
We ordered take out after my physical therapy appointment about 5 minutes away. They had the large pizza ready within 10 minutes of our arrival. A very attractive blonde lady sorry, but I notice beautiful women) who may have been the manager helped us. I was on crutches. They gave us a soda gratis with the order we bought 2 liters of Diet Coke but I wanted something while I was there). Pizza was very good. Toppings fresh, crust not soggy I hate soggy pizza crust). Decor inside was large natural dark wood and some metal or wrought iron. A natural and relaxing feeling when there. I will dine here in the future. I really liked the staff.
We had a great dining experience with our order at the restaurant, despite a minor issue with the chicken on the nachos. However, our take-out order was disappointing. The kids' cheeseburger was burnt, making it inedible, and the garlic mozzarella bread was also overly burnt on the bottom. The customer service provided by Colton was excellent, but the quality of the take-out food did not meet our expectations.
What a great experience! Our food came out quick. Our server, Alex, was so sweet and got us everything we needed! The manager on duty, Joey, even came by to make sure everything was up to par. Plus he made my kids laugh, so that's a definite plus! We love bringing our family here P.s. give Joey raise! Lol what an awesome dude! Ok the pizza here isn't bad, it's pretty good! But let me tell you what... I didn't realize I was going to be robbed for a 12 inch pizza! $29 after tax, I would rather eat garbage and pay a normal amount then 29 freaking dollars.
