The Roost is hit and miss in all categories but overall is a decent place for food and adult beverages. Service has lacked lately and I'm not really sure of the cause. Maybe understaffed slightly during high volume times. With that being said, most of the wait staff are pleasant, friendly, and willing to make your experience enjoyable. I do enjoy the patio seating as there is ample shade, or sometimes I prefer some sunshine ?. The food is almost always wonderful ? Parking: During high volume times (noon six pm) parking may be difficult unless you're ok with parking behind the building and walking around.
I came in at about 9:15 with friends for my birthday dinner, drinks, and to play pool. We were told Just so you know our kitchen is closed. She then just walked away. That is bad business and the website said the kitchen was open til 10!! I made sure to check before we left.
I have always enjoyed this location. Fresh and friendly. Great atmosphere with a small group or a casual good meal. Beer has always been served well. Fresh, cold, and in a clean glass. Staff is always concerned with customer service.
Parking: Finding a parking spot can sometimes be a challenge, especially in busy areas. If the front lot is full, you can drive around the back of the building. Although it might take a bit longer to walk back to the entrance.

Great local bar with a good selection of typical bar food and drink. Service was great and it's a large enough location that even when it's full you don't feel crowded and cramped.

Expensive. My husband and I somehow spent over $70 for just the two of us. Yikes ?
It's always a fun atmosphere. Food is good, and we love the roasted cauliflower.
