Best pizza in town. Top quality real ales brewed on site, good lagers and ciders. Locally made gins and ales available to take away. Good coffee spot in the mornings. Fab mezzanine for the digital nomads to work and drink coffee. Calender of live music. Excellent staff eager to please.
Absolutely loved this place, great atmosphere and, according to beer loving other half, fantastic range of beers. Also good range of wines and gins. Also visited for coffee in the morning. We didn’t eat there but will next time we visit Kirkby Lonsdale
Service was not great. Tables are regularly full or reserved so struggle to get in. Takes time to order drinks. Was told food would be served at 5.30 only to then be told we couldn't as there was a pre booked party in. Not the same as it once was.
Visited several times during our stay, calling in for breakfast (great pancakes also called in for pizzas and drinks in the evening. Great atmosphere, especially busy when music events on. Recommend a good place to call into. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Didn't eat here as we ate at the Royal, but can definitely recommend for drinks. Lovely quirky place with good atmosphere. It was packed on a Wednesday lunchtime which must be a good sign. Will definitely go again.

I regularly go in for a pint and fined the beer and service excellent,only down side is the pub is to cold so the other wants to move on needs to be warmer.
