We stopped here for lunch on a cycling trip from London to Oxford and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I was thirsting for a pint of Timothy Taylor’s which they had. My girlfriend has hankering for a pint of neck oil which they also had. I was starving for a big portion of steak and ale pie and mash which they had. My girlfriend was in dire need of a burger and chips which they provided with wonderful service and understanding. Ten out of ten. Food: 5
