We had three different types of afternoon tea One full on normal afternoon tea with three types of sandwiches, plain and fruit scon, millionaire Shortbread, chocolate brownie and lemon slice 1 soya free afternoon tea with 3 types of sandwiches, 2 scones, lemon slice, apple and blackberry cake and another cake. 1 completely gluten free, had three sandwiches, cheese scone (amazing) and plain. Had blackberry and apple sponge cake , Victoria sponge cake and lemon slice cake. Small location very popular. £16.50 for afternoon tea Dietary restrictions: Soya and gluten free catered for
I booked an afternoon tea for four as part of my 70th birthday celebrations and was very pleased with everything. Amanda, the owner looked after us and was very friendly and attentive, the tea was delicious and her scones were some of the nicest I’ve eaten in a long time. We all loved the 1940s music and it set the atmosphere perfectly. We will recommend to our friends and will certainly be back soon to sample some of her other cakes light lunches.
I discovered this delightful tearoom during my visit, and the food was absolutely delicious. I typically don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but the Bakewell tart was simply exquisite. It’s definitely made it onto my list of favorite spots to return to. As for dietary restrictions, they inquired about any when we were seated. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience for breakfast!
My little girl had her birthday party here today, and I can’t recommend it enough. We came for The Beauty and The Beast afternoon tea and wow it was amazing! So much time had been taken to plan even the smallest of details, if you are looking for somewhere to have a party like nothing you’ve been to before, then this is the venue for you. I had a lovely afternoon tea planned as a surprise for my wife. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even after I accidentally broke a teapot lid (which I felt really bad about). When we arrived, the table was beautifully reserved and decorated for us. We will definitely be returning, along with Sarah!

I visited the strawberry teapot with my son today. A belated mothers treat. Every thing about the place is lovely. My only gripe is and it's all tea shops they never do plain scones. But would go back again.
