My favorite place in DTR for food and drinks. You cannot go wrong here. I've tried about 80% of the food menu and about 60% of the cocktail menu. Everything has exceeded my expectations.The decor inside is tasteful and the service is unmatched. Very friendly bar tenders and servers.They got a great happy hour menu too!!Perfect for a solo meal, a date or a large group.The only thing I'd wish for are lower prices but you definitely get what you pay for. Prices for similar places in the area are about the same but don't match up to the quality at the Salted Pig.
Honestly it is way overpriced for the type of food they give us. We went out for our anniversary and it was just the two of us we got two small plates and one “big” plate and a chocolate cake and a drink it was $150 with tip included. Ridiculous pricing. The steak we ordered wasn’t even a full sized steak! It was just 5 pieces for $40! The bone marrow was just topped with sriracha and it just cheapened the dish but was $18! The chocolate cake also was very bland.
Came here for brunch with my friends and the food is delicious! I got the breakfast plate and was not disappointed. The bacon slab melts in your mouth and the eggs are also really soft and creamy. Potatos are yummy. Service was great, very friendly.Only giving 4 stars because the prices are a bit high and they dont serve food between 2pm -3pm on Sunday to prep for dinner service. Understandable , but something to be aware of as a customer.
This is a great spot especially if you love good “meaty” food.Of course I got the vegan options Brussel Sprouts, Carrots (no yogurt), and Rosemary Sourdough?I was concerned when looking at the menu online but baby everything was so good! Had a shared birthday dinner here with my grandmother last year. We had a party of 20 and made reservations weeks in advance. I left 3 stars because they ran out of menu items. Didn't have certain menu items and had is packed like sardines for seating. It was only okay, wouldn't go back.
Food was out of this world. Steak, duck, Mac n cheese, brussel sprouts, cheesy fries, and a white bean green salad. All so delicious and well designed. Atmosphere is light, ariy, clean, and nice. Service was wonderful and cheery! Definitely going back.
Delicious food and excellent service. One of those very special places to go out to eat. It’s more than just a meal. You feel cared for and nourished. We will eat there every time we are in Riverside.
