The Sandon - Tisch reservieren

I recently attended a final event at this restaurant. The staff were not helpful at all and I had no idea which queue to join. Despite being VIP, we were rudely given ordinary wristbands to enter a mediocre pub. The servers were incredibly rude. After the event, we were told to move downstairs without any explanation. The area was crowded and the TV was of poor quality. Our VIP experience was a disaster as we did not receive the promised food and the level of rudeness was unbelievable. My family and I went to watch LFC v Real Madrid in the champions league final which was a ticketed event. We had a table for the first half, then one minute before the second half kicked off a bouncer told us that they were closing the part of the bar we were in and that we had to give up our table and move next door. The staff were confrontational and rude, saying the reason for the closure was that they ‘didn’t think the game would go on this long’. After complaining to management we were given seats in an upstairs lounge this should have been offered to everyone in the areas they closed. Very Impressed with this hotel, Excellent customer service, they are very friendly, kind and helpful. Clean room, love everything on it, the bed so comfy, my family loves it as we never experienced bunk bed's style hotel And we would like to come back again next time. This hotel's place is not far away from Anfield Stadium, 8 mins to walk. Bus stop (no. 26 to city centre is in front of the hotel or you can walk for 50 mins (2 miles , we did try both. Bus for family all day trip is £12.

I had the misfortune of buying a LFC package through Cassidy Travel in Dublin which included a pre-match package of food in The Sandon. The place was the most run down, grim place that I have ever been, it smelled awful. I had a look around and left. How LFC travel companies can sell match day packages for €1500 (for 2) that includes this place is quite remarkable. Best avoided.

Sour faced unfriendly staff. Guinness poured terribly and well overpriced. On a plus note, the screen showing the Liverpool game outside was big and decent.
