Great sandwiches , nice and fresh , good prices but they lack in overall execution 1) online ordering is disabled, resulted in ordering over the phone . Quoted 10min for pickup 2) arrives 15min later to find out the sandwich they're making . 25min still waiting here for a sandwich. Has potential but they need to work on the service... workers look confused and are just extremely slow . What is the point of ordering a sandwich on the phone when they make it while you're there. They weren't even busy when I arrived
Sandwiches had very little meat and it was very oily. Took a very long time to make my sandwich. I waited for about 30 minutes tho it was lunch time. One of the sandwich makers kept on giving me dirty looks maybe because I wasn't one of the regular office workers she sees on the daily but I looked more like her, lol. Talk about a warm welcoming I won't be coming back here. And there's no parking in the area I had to park in the red.

Got the Bushido which had tri-tip, pastrami, American cheese, and Bushido Sauce on dutch crunch with all the toppings. Overall a super good sandwich, the sauce and meat was very tasty and came together really well with the rest of the ingredients.Owner/manager was very friendly while waiting for my order.Definitely going to try some other options as I work nearby!One sandwich was good for two meals for me!
I had a frustrating experience with my sandwich order, as they got the contents wrong twice. It seems like they have so many choices and combinations that they struggle to remember how to put them together correctly. The premium prices do not reflect the quality of the sandwiches being offered. I won't be returning and can't recommend this place. It was a disappointing experience overall.
Didn't raise their prices astronomically like everyone else and I will always respect them for that. For the kind of volume they get, they do an amazing job! Love the Merck!

The IBEW and Caesar Salad were amazing. I will definitely order them again!
