The food, service, and ambiance at this restaurant are unmatched in Qualicum Beach. Without a doubt, this was the best meal I've ever had in this town. It's exceptional. While it may be the most expensive restaurant around, it is absolutely worth the price. I ordered the duck breast, which was cooked to perfect medium rare and beautifully seasoned. My wife chose the scallops and pasta, and they were simply fantastic! The scallops were perfectly cooked—seared, plump, and incredibly tasty. Dinner at the Sapphire Room was the highlight of our dining experiences in many years. Our food was exquisite. Our dinner included Pecan Crusted Chèvre as an appetizer, Pan seared Digby Scallops, and Roasted Pacific Halibut Fillet. All were delicious with many subtle flavours beautifully presented. The service was excellent and friendly. This hidden gem is the restaurant associated with the Crown Mansion on Crescent Street, Qualicum Beach. Wow wow wow this place is amazing. Felt like we were being welcomed into an old friends house upon arrival. They made our entire dining experience so comfortable. Super attentive I think our waitresses name was.. Ashley she was so so lovely and a master at the bar, although I couldn't enjoy the cocktails being pregnant from what I could see of my husband's drinks they looked amazing ! I absolutely love the atmosphere; it’s the ideal spot for a special occasion or if you’re seeking a more refined evening out. Plus, the view of the golf course and ocean—though somewhat limited by a hedge—is beautiful.
