i am not a fan of noise. Noise is not energetic, it works against conversation and comforable dining. the room was great when we first arrived, but the uncomfortable noise level raised as the bar filled up. we were in the center of the room which made it the noisiest part of the room. the wall tables would have been much more comfortable. one of the party had a hearing problem, and this was a handicap in understanding even the waiter.
This was our first visit to Savoy. We celebrated our anniversary and could not have a more pleasant experience. The staff was all friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. The food was every masterpiece of its own, the cocktails were skillfully designed, and the environment is welcoming and relaxing. It could have been our first time, but it will certainly not be our last!
One word, Ty! Ty made our culinary experience amazing, he increased the delicious food with his on point service, recommendations and great history of the building. Even if the food was not delicious (to the Bucatini should be a main course, soooo yummy! We wanted to go back to see Ty! Well done Savoy at 21c! Keep the amazing food and service.
Absolutely THE best prepared Beef Wellington we had! Exceptional presentation and, as always, about and about waiting staff. An absolute must.
