If you are looking for a place to go with your girlfriends or have a little girl who is at least 7 years old or older this restaurant is the place for you. The decor is adorable with antique teapots and tea cups everywhere. The menu has listed about 40 unique teas. The food was delicious and the way they served the scones and small desserts were interesting. But the best part is you can pick a big fancy hat to wear while you are having your tea. A definite place to go if you are in port Jefferson. Make reservations this place has limited tables. Can't wait to go back.
What a beautiful place. So aesthetically done ?? A tea cafe and gift shop. Just so lovely. What a variety of teas (and most of it is imported from India) Had the chance to meet the owner Mr. Frank who was very friendly and also informed us that they serve only tea and no coffee at all ???? Mind you, don?t forget to pre book, as they?re usually always full. So don?t be disappointed if you don?t get a table. You can always take great pictures. It?s so beautifully done up.
My sister in law had her bridal shower at the Secret Garden Tea Room it was the MOST MAGICAL place! The staff of women serving us went above and beyond!!!!! Their HOMEMADE lavender lemonade is fresh squeezed, it was THE MOST DELICIOUS thing I've ever tasted. Their pastries food were out of this world too! I'll be taking my family back to the tea room in September for my sister in laws wedding. It's definitely a must go to place!
Wonderful experience, delicious, exquisitely prepared food served with grace and style in beautiful surroundings by the most gracious and attentive staff down to the last detail! Anyone mourning the closing of Robinsons Tea Room will be delighted to discover this many faceted gem!
