I have never been disappointed in anything I’ve eaten there. I would drive miles to eat there! I live n Springfield don’t even like to drive as close as Hammond is to eat!! Experience everything you won’t be disappointed! I actually asked the owner if he’d marry me! Of course my husband was with me ?
I have never ever ever ate anything there that was not good. The food is always delicious. The seafood is great and you will never leave there hungry. The food portions are large !! The service is also always great and friendly !!!!!!
Love love love this place. You have to try the asparagus salad!! And the fish tacos watermelon salsa are perfect summer lunch!! Real food, really good.

The Shack is one of our favorite places in Covington. The crab cakes are phenomenal even as takeout.
Best burger! Great fries! Chicken chimichanga was delish! Waitstaff super friendly!
