Very nice order-desk style pizza place with an unexpectedly excellent fried fish in their fish and chips. (The fried fish is made from fresh each morning, in house, which isn 't on the published menu yet)Being a small and busy place I wouldn 't expect them to go too far out of their way, but they were friendly and brought us our food to the picnic table when it was ready with a smile and a couple of followups to be sure everything was good. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The fries in the poutine were burnt, and the chicken wings were also overcooked. I ordered an all-dressed burger, but it only came with a few pieces of pickle, a slice of tomato, and way too much mustard. The chicken platter with pita was below average, and the coleslaw was terrible. Overall, it was a frustrating way to spend $60.
Ordered 2 shack special pizzas, and an order of chicken nachos. The nachos were absolutely massive filled with toppings, and the pizzas were delish. Everything arrived hot and the wait wasn't to long for a Saturday night. Excellent service and quality, will def order again.
Very pleasant people. Hot food ready on time. We picked ours up. Free poutine with our pizza. This is the Shack special pizza. Loaded with meats, very good. Sorry no pictures of the deep fried pickles I ate them all. Needless to say they were good!
Went to the Shack the other night to grab a baked spaghetti . Staff was great, got home and food was still hot. Baked spaghetti tasted great, lots of cheese and veggies and sauce was good too. Definitely recommend.
I love their juicy burgers! I like that they ask the customer's preferences on their burgers (pickles, ketchup, mustard, etc. so it's tailored fit to the customer's palate. Also it doesn't waste on ingredients.
Bit of a rustic feel, which captures the quality and staff of The Shack, when I go to get poutine in cornwall, It's from here. Love this place.
Fast friendly and efficient service. Food was piping hot and so fresh!! Amazing tzatziki! This is a must try for anyone. Will be back
